I feel like I have been giving birth to another child over the last year and I am so excited to introduce you to Patty Presents – Photography Education & Events.
Patty Presents will offer various photography courses both online and in person. Beyond traditional courses, It will develop a comprehensive photography group where students can also engage with a supportive online community, participate in live Q&A sessions, and attend special in-person workshops, from local field trips to international photography retreats. Whether capturing memories with a smartphone or refining techniques with professional gear, Patty Presents will provide the tools, guidance, and inspiration to help every photographer thrive.
Sounds like alot? I am eager to share my knowledge and passion for photography with everyone. I cannot wait to get out there and play with my camera and help other people build their confidence in photography. I hope to take the guesswork out of photography and empower you to capture stunning images … with ease 🙂
Education:
I will be offering Learn Photography courses in 3 formats: Online Patty-led, Digital self taught, and In Person Mentoring.
- Kicking off Patty Presents – this spring is: Photography 101. A 4 week zoom led beginner photography course. Primarily geared for SLR cameras this will help you gain the confidence to take it off automatic and move to manual mode. Learning the basics of exposure (ISO, Aperture, F-Stop) as well as basic photography composition concepts.
AS we progress there will be a variety of content courses added to the library.
Events:
I am putting together fun events that will be a great opportunity to practice your skills including:
- Photography in the sunflower fields
- Sunset photos
- Summer blooms
- Winery wanderings
…….To name a few. It is going to be an adventure! Stay tuned!
