Has it only been 6 days since I last posted here? It feels like 3 weeks. Where to begin: Caitlyn has been sick (as usual) not 2 weeks of school starting she is knocked down by a cold. Having been through this with Erin I know that there will be an end after grade 1 when she finally has an immune system. But it really does get a little old. I am grateful for the fact that she is not a whiney sick kid. Caitlyn's asthma causes all sorts of issues but she takes them all in stride.
We have jumped full-force into winter with skiing, skating and snowmen. The girls activities are back in full swing as well as homework, school and their busy social calendar. I think we are all ready for a vacation again.
I had my first outdoor shoot of 2010 on Saturday. We had postponed it from the previous weekend because of the frigid temperatures and definitely it was a good choice. Nothing against my family, baby and kid shots but I absolute LOVE my teen sessions. Why? Because my clients are so excited and there is nothing better for a photographer then having a subject that is inspiring and inspired.
Let me introduce you to Ali and Taylor!
Where do I begin. These are 2 amazing friends that I loved spending the shoot with. They are witty, chatty, and were a lot of fun not to mention absolutely beautiful. Despite only being around the freezing mark it is still a long time to run around town with light or no coats on and they handled it like pros. I am struggling to whittle the number down a little there were so many fantastic ones but I promised a sneak-peak and here it is.
Ali and Taylor – I think the photos turned out amazing – I hope you like them!
