This has been a fabulous fall at Reflections by Patty. It has been a wonderful opportunity to make many new friends and photograph some old ones. Someone asked me why Fall family photos are so popular? – there are a couple of reasons…1. Christmas is coming and what better gift can you give to family members and yourself but a fabulous family portrait. 2. The landscape looks fabulous – full of depth and colour. 3. We look fabulous – all healthy, tanned and optimistic from summer as opposed to the sun-deprived, desperate for sunshine, faces of spring. ;)
This was a fun session. They are a great family and Jennifer is my most awesome graphic designer. Anyone needing something done should definitely look into Graphic Ink, Jenn is your person! She is responsible for taking my last minute, "please I just had this great idea do you think you can whip something up in a day or two" requests and making them more then I could imagine. Thanks Jenn!
These guys were greeted by Caitlyn being walked up and down the driveway by Erin accompanied by "Relax and breath" comments as she was in the midst of asthma crisis number 32 of this Fall. They were calm but I could see it in their eyes "Are you sure we should do this? We could come back later?". I replied " It's ok, she spent the night in emerg and I'm a little spun on coffee but she'll be ok as long as she doesn't talk, or move or anything….Let's get to it. 🙂 " Definitely questioning my parenting techniques we headed off into the back yard. 🙂
