It has been a fabulously busy fall here at Reflections by Patty. I am diligently working my way through the pile of photo orders, touching up photos, assembling photobooks and creating some beautiful jewellery gifts that are going to make many of the women folk out there very happy on Christmas morning. 😉
Last weekend I managed to squeeze in two more family shoots and a trash the dress session. It works out very nicely when you can come home after standing in a cold river or rolling around on the cold ground to a nice glass of wine and warm fire. (Of course that didn't work for me – I came home to carving 4 pumpkins, the resulting mess and absolutely SPUN girls excitedly awaiting Halloween! ….The glass of wine was non-negotiable!)
So on to this amazing family who braved the chilly weather and are anxiously awaiting their sneak-peak. What a great family they are! The youngest and by far the bossiest spent her time desperately avoiding a photo (which usually means that I get some amazing ones :), the boys sedately watched the chaos, and grandma and grandpa kept the kids laughing. Grandpa even started to get annoyed with me when I kept asking him to remove his hat (yep Grandpa – I Noticed 😉 Despite the chilly temps, we moved from place to place and quickly got some great photos.
Here goes Heidi! Hope you love them – You were a trooper of a mom!
