I met this amazing family last winter for one of my Santa photo sessions. I was delighted when they contacted me to return to photograph their wee guy turning 1. I particularly loved that they were open to try something other then a cake smash (honestly many babies do not like cake – it is too sweet for them). I suggested we try a spaghetti smash which can be just as much fun with a fraction of the mess. Our little star of the photos absolutely loved it. In fact pulling him away from the pasta was a little traumatizing.
He Brought his favourite birthday balloon and would have played with it the whole time if given the choice. Honestly look at those adorable cheeks!!! We did a few family photos then brought out the pasta. I barely had time to get into position before he had dove into the pile. He LOVES his noodles!!! We then finished off the session by going outdoors for a little playtime in the grass.
