Amongst my busy fall season there has been a whole lot of living in this Horton Household. Swim practises, school, cross country, soccer teams, homework, swim meets and Halloween (a favourite around here :). Erin being in grade 9 graduated from trick or treating to doling out the candy but still dressed up for her day at school and to greet the kids. I don’t think she missed going around the neighbourhood …. the weather was less than cooperative LOL. Caitlyn and a couple of her friends gathered their reinforced candy bags and long ski underwear underneath their costumes and tackled the neighbourhood. Such fun! I can’t imagine a scenario that would be as much fun for an adult …. perhaps if I could go trick or treating for money LOL or wine…… yep that would be comparable. 😉
Caitlyn started off as a sort of a Hunger Games – Katniss …. then made it into more of a Goddess Huntress …. then zombified LOL . She definitely had a vision in mind. I really just do what I am told most of the time. 🙂
Oh Erin – you should be proud. Your dad bit his tongue and held back the words, put on his coat and took Caitlyn trick or treating…… LOL
