The Maples Fall Festival is coming up quickly. This year it will be held on Saturday September 29, 2012. Fun for the whole family. Be sure to look for and bid on my auction item in the silent auction. It is always a big one and definitely worth trying for. 🙂
This year for the first time in many years I will not have a table. I am going to miss the socializing but with photo sessions and kids activities I just can’t fit it in the full day at the festival 🙁 I will however be stopping by to get my socializing in and for the girls to paint a pumpkin or two for a few hours in the early afternoon. Actually I am looking forward to it. I might actually be able to enforce the rule of no full face painting. (Every year I give the girls money and say go get your face painted but just a little one on the cheek. Every year they come back with their whole faces done – eyes glittering with delight …. yep you can see how they listen to me 😉
