This session was entirely for me. I have been wanting to do a Trash the dress session since my years in Windsor but the stars finally came together and I had the time, weather, and willing participants last weekend. It was so much fun! Thanks so much to my brides – you were amazing. What a contrast – 1 married 7 weeks and 1 married 12 years. Both inspiring and lots of fun.
We met early Sunday morning at my house for makeup by Shelley Heath (thanks Shelley – you are awesome at 8:30am – even laughing at my kids trying to take advantage at the lack of caffeine in my blood to have chips for breakfast :). Then headed off to a gorgeous goldenrod field where Dave and I had dragged out my couch at 7:30am. My friend Heather (a fellow photographer) joined us for the fun.
From the field we relocated to the Singing Waters Equestrian Centre. (Thanks Marg!) A wonderful horsefarm in the Mono Hills. Definitely A GREAT place for lessons and camps. (And, yes Erin, I promise that as soon as I can find a day that I do not have to be in two places at the same time you can start back at your horseback riding lessons. ;) We had lots of fun at Singing Waters with the horses and barns as well as the horses having lots of fun with us. :) It was at Singing Waters that we picked up our towel boy (thanks Roy!) who would be necessary at the next location – a Beautiful river and waterfall.
This is where things got a little more interesting. I had thrown "out there" the possibility of getting a little wet. I had also mentioned that it was entirely up to them how wet they could get. I had armed the truck with blankets and towels and this was our last location hoping that they would get adventurous. :) And lucky for me they did. We started with getting just a little wet……
They look Fabulous. Gorgeous. Striking.
Thanks so much Ladies!
