This summer I was introduced to the most amazing South American Food. Locally made it is perfect for quick snacks for the kids, events, parties etc. They made an appearance at gathering we hosted last weekend and I couldn’t resist snapping a photo. These were roasted vegie filled with feta – super yummy!! Vanessa also offers ground pork and sausage with corn options. Fabulous for entertaining. I am planning on putting some in my freezer for fall when I have those 15 minute moments to quickly feed the minions before they have to go swim for 2 hours. 🙂
